The Pioneer DVH-P5000MP is an in-dash multimedia receiver with detachable faceplate that can be connected with a Pioneer display for DVD viewing.  The receiver features a built-in MOSFET amplifier, EEQ performance chip and a digital AM/FM tuner.

  The unit also has an optical digital output for connection to a multi-channel audio processor for in-car surround sound.  The DVH-P5000MP supports DVD±R/RW, CD-R/RW, and MP3 playback, is compatible with SIRIUS/XM satellite radio, and comes with a remote control.
