Being a moderately priced car head unit, the 9300 has soft-key operation and a motorized faceplate made for comfortability easy storage. This unit has a built-in amp power of 50 W x 4, unlike the P930 with 50 W of power. The head unit hosts MCD text, rotary volume control and also comes with a steering remote. The RCA pre-outs are each 4 volts to allow for good sound quality and a clear amp signal. A great function of this unit is the Automatic Sound Levelizer, which automatically adjusts sound volume to the amount of road noise. Also, the Auto-Equalizer allows mic integration (included) to monitor the car's acoustics, creating a finely-tuned sound. This is the cheaper model of the P930/P9300, but for a slightly higher price, the extra features of the P930 may be worth it.
