The Pioneer DEH-P600UB is a mid-range AV head unit/CD receiver with a full dot OEL display (160x48 pixels). Its Advanced Sound Retriever functionality allows for higher quality playback of compressed audio files (MP3, AAC, WAV) while its direct iPod control allows for fairly all-encompassing control of any iPod.

Additionally, the DEH-P600UB's optional Bluetooth adapter allows for connection with any cellular device for hands free use while driving.
The DEH-P600UB's Advanced Sound Retriever function restores data that tends to get lost in audio file compression, primarily higher frequencies, resulting in more full, rich sound quality from lossy compressed media. Its USB iPod connectivity allows the DEH-P600UB to control iPods effectively, providing multiple search functions, a shuffle key and direct digital signal transfer. Meanwhile, the DEH-P600UB's optional Bluetooth adapter allows for safe hands-free operation of cellular devices, allowing the driver to speak through the DEH-P600UB's inbuilt microphone.

#pioneer_deh_p600ub Have had my DEH-P600UB for more than a year now. It is an absolute treat. I'm not into Dvd players in a car because I really like music when I'm driving. All the functionality it provides for hairpin ajustment will still keep me happy for at least a few years to come.
