The Pioneer DEH-P3900MP is a car CD receiver that has the ability to directly control iPods and playback digitally encoded music various formats. It can playback both audio and data CD's, provided the data files are in the supported formats.

If using the Pioneer iPod direct cable, the song name and artist will be displayed on the screen. The DEH-P3900MP can control external components over the IP-BUS protocol, including auxillary inputs and a multi-CD exchanger. It also has a built in AM/FM "Supertuner" and is XM/SIRIUS ready. It comes with a remote control. The Pioneer DEH-P3900MP is an updated version of the DEH-P390MP.
