Pioneer DEH-P310UB

$180.00 Released April, 2009

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Easy to use, controls are laid out well for use while driving. Hooking it up is simple enough for most people comfortable with a bit of wire work. Remote is well designed and easy to work with.

The Cons:Sometimes needs a couple of tries before it detects the iPod properly. Design is a bit plain and boring looking.

The Pioneer DEH-P310UB is a A/V head unit that is relatively inexpensive for its features and capabilities. It is ready to handle HD, XM or Sirius radio, and comes with a front input for USB devices. Included with the unit is a iPod cable so it is ready to go to use its iPod Direct Control feature.

The Pioneer DEH-P310UB uses is a scrolling 7-way rotary commander in the place of traditional buttons, a more modern control easier to use without taking eyes off of the road. A bluetooth adaptor is built into the unit, so bluetooth enabled cellphones can be used through the system for hands-free driving, clear sound, and music that mutes whenever a phone call comes in. The Pioneer DEH-P310UB comes with a two year warranty, twice as long than the warranty on other A/V head units, even Pioneer ones that are more expensive.
