The Pioneer DEH-2100B is a well-priced, car-audio CD receiver with a 200w (peak) and 4-channel MOSFET amplifier. The third of seven Pioneer DEH receivers, the Pioneer DEH-2100IB is an upgrade from the DEH-11 series (DEH-1100MP & DEH-11E) in that it is specifically designed for iPod use and in fact comes equipped with an included iPod connection cable.

In fact, the DEH-2100IB even enables users to easily access their iPod directly from the head-unit through on-board menu controls. In addition, the DEH-2100IB boasts a CD player that plays CDs, CD-Rs, CD-RWs, and discs loaded with either MP3 or WMA files. The DEH-2100IB also sports a traditional AM/FM tuner that utilizes Pioneer’s proprietary SuperTuner III technology to reduce distortion and output only exceptional-quality reception, a front auxiliary port for connecting various portable devices such as an MP3/iPod music player, a 3-band equalizer with six preset tone settings, 2-channel preamp outputs, an RCA pre-out for adding on external amps and speakers, and a wireless remote control.
