Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X995
$329.99
Released March, 2011
The Cons:Doesn't stream audio in bluetooth.
The Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X995 is the flagship model in the eXcelon, single din in-dash automobile A/V receiver series. It takes all the features of its predecessors, and adds along Internet radio functionality so iPhone users can tune into stations that they’d otherwise not have access too.

Plus the receiver supports traditional AM and FM stations in addition to HD stations, which broadcast digital radio signals that are more clear and less prone to distortion and noise. Like its predecessors, particularly the KDC-X895, the eXcelon KDC-X995 offers many additional amenities, including a CD player for accessing traditional music CDs, an auxiliary port for users who have a portable MP3 player, and a USB port that lets users conveniently charge, play, and control their iPod from the receiver. What separates the eXcelon KDC-X995 from the Kenwood KDC-BT948HD, which in fact a downgrade, is that the eXcelon offers a larger display, larger buttons, and a convenient turn knob for ultra-quick station access.
