Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X595

The Kenwood eXcelon KDC-X595 is a budget friendly single DIN, in-dash automobile A/V receiver that upgrades from the entry-level KDC-X395 by incorporating a USB interface so users can listen to music from USB based audio players.

This receiver also incorporates a larger Full Dot LCD display with variable illumination a technology that allows a user to customize the accent illumination to match the colors of their vehicles interior lighting. In addition, though the eXcelon KDC-X595 doesn’t come with integrated Bluetooth, it hosts an optional Bluetooth interface so users can make handsfree calls, though they must purchase a Bluetooth adapter. What is included, however, is a recent history log that lets users track their phone calls and songs played. Like its predecessor, the Kenwood KDC-X595 also offers a CD player for listening to music CDs, and USB & auxiliary interfaces for listening to MP3 players, iPods, and even iPhones.
