JVC KD-ADV49

$580.00 Released March, 2009

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Looks very slick, cool design that's impressive in any car. Performs well in all kinds of weather, starts up and starts playing right away. Relatively easy to use once you get used to it.

The Cons:Takes a little while to get used to the interface, its a little unusual. Lots of menus to scroll through to get to different settings. Subwoofer settings are far too loud for most people by default, need to be turned down.

The JVC KD-AVX792 is an in-dash CD/DVD/USB car-multimedia receiver outfitted with a 3.5” widescreen touch panel display and a proximity sensor. A peer to the JVC KW-AVX792, the JVC KD-ADV49 maintains a much smaller display (versus 7”), but comes jam-packed with a bevy of features such as a 7-band iEQ, a high-pass filter, a dual zone function, and a multilingual display, not to mention a full-speed USB 2.0 port for connection of iPod/iPhone(s), USB flash memory devices, digital audio players, and portable HDD players.
