The Cons:DIY installation is frustrating as manual is not very clear on all wire connections. User interface, especially while using iPods, is very slow and has noticeable lag between button presses or scrolling. Radio tuner sensitivity is noticeably lower than competition.

The Jensen VM8023HD is an in-dash car audio receiver from Jensen's Mobile Multimedia lineup that provides 68 watts of RMS power.  The unit requires single DIN mounting and differs with the VM8013HD since it has a larger 4.3" LCD display with blue LED lighting.

  It is compatible with most audio playback formats including MP3, WMA, MPEG, SVCD, VCD, AVI, and Xvid, and displays both CD text and ID3 tags.  Like the VM8013HD, the receiver differs also has a built-in HD radio tuner.  The VM8023HD includes an AM/FM tuner with 30 presets and is iPod compatible using the included cable.  It offers a variety of connectivity options including front panel AUX, USB, and SD ports, and a rear camera input.  The head unit is also satellite radio ready and has an integrated 2-band equalizer.  The VM8023HD comes with a wireless remote control and a 1 year limited warranty.
