The Cons:Major pile of crap. Eclipse fujitsu ten or whatever there name is, offered no support for this or much of any of there products. Never can be updated. I have it in my car, and still use my phone nav.
The Eclipse AVN5495 is an automotive navigation/multimedia system that features a 30GB hard disk drive. The other HDD navigation system offered by Eclipse is the AVN7000, which has a few more features and a larger screen.

The AVN5495 has a 6.5" touch display for easy operation, which features split screen displays during navigation. Voice navigation is available in English or French. The 30GB hard drive gives instant response during navigation, as well features Music Juke, which allows the user to store up to 3,000 music tracks from CDs, and is CDDB-enabled to identify the music that is being played. This system is capable of playing DVD, CD/CD-R/CD-RW as well as MP3, and can be updgraded to include SIRIUS radio, HD Radio, TV Tuner and iPod controls. There is an AV output for a rear seat monitor, but there no dual zone operation like in the AVN7000. The MS ESN theft-deterrent system allows the system to be locked and unlocked using either a user-designated CD or Memory Stick.
