Alpine IVA-D106

$1,000.00 Released February, 2008

Product Shot 1 The Pros:Sound output is clean and powerful, drives OEM speakers really well. User interface looks nice and well organized. Capable of having many expanded functions including rear camera, satellite radio, and navigation.

The Cons:Buttons are very small, need to be precise when you push them. Setup options often need you to press the foot brake and turn on the parking brake to access them. Disc player prone to break-downs after about a year of use.

The Alpine IVA-D106 is one of Alpine's entry level head units (or in-dash entertainment systems), but still offers consumers a variety of inputs/outputs and audio/video options. Music and video can be pulled from CDs and DVDs, or the user can purchase/subscribe to additional options such as connecting their iPod or using the Sirruis satellite radio service.
